Ground Control Miami in collaboration with  Obsolete Media Miami (O.M.M.) 

Document 001: audio visual cassette collage pairs Miami based musician David Brieske and visual artist Richard Vergez. Brieske works with a curious audio cassette recording of an imaginative and anonymous young man describing the sunrise on the first day of summer circa 1987. In tandem, Vergez repurposes a collection of old astronomy magazines and found 35mm slides to create O.M.M. studio's first invitational, Daystar.

DASSAD, 2016, Document 002: DASSAD / Audio Publication

Ground Control Miami in collaboration with  Obsolete Media Miami (O.M.M.) 

Document 002: DASSAD / Audio Publication: Miami electronic duo, Juan Gonzalez and Daniel Clapp provided a platform for the release of their official 16-page O.M.M. “Document 2”. The Das saD’ project combined their photo-collage imagery with a 19-minute set of music loosely programmed to listen to while paging through the zine.

The second issue was limited to 70 and is a full color booklet detailing some of the contents at OMM by Danny Clapp and Juan Gonzalez. The soundtrack available on Soundcloud under their musical alias Das saD, can be unlocked via a password included with the booklet.
